From the legendary toy makers Schuco and up for sale, an exceedingly rare example of a 1930 c lockwork operated #946 Devil dancing figure. One of the makers' most elusive figures, has dark face with side glancing eyes, mohair legs, felt clothed body and horned hood, chenille tail and twirling truncheon on right hand (like Charlie Chaplin mechanism). In a luscious near mint condition , has minimal wear and performs flawlessly.
