Here is a vintage Charlie Chaplin Gee Tumbling Toy. I did not try to wind the arms back too far like the tag on the arm says. It does feel like it is catching gears like it should. Not sure though if it will tumble. I researched this old toy and only found 2. Eventually became Gund Doll Company. Please see all pics to help with description and condition. It is used but a survivor for being 100 years old. Time to add this to someone elses collection.
