This is a vintage 1940's Unique Art Li'l Abner and his Dogpatch Band tin litho windup toy. It works when you wind it up but not properly, some characters don't move. Granny is missing both arms and the drummer is missing a drumstick. The colors are still good showing some very light fading. Overall the piece is in good condition.
