Very nice action as the jointed legs appear to pedal the front wheel. The bell gives two rings from time to time. Wear is only light and consistent with age. Some color loss on the tip of the nose. This is a delightful toy from the 1939 era. This was one of the few toys that Marx produced that did not have the Marx name.
