1930's Chein Tin Wind-UP Hercules Ferris Wheel With Original Box Working. Here is a 1930's Chein tin wind-up "Hercules" Ferris wheel with original box. The Ferris wheel stands about 17" tall and about 12" long. The toy is in excellent condition and wind up mechanism works, but the bell on the outside does not ring. Bell is complete and gear inside is turning, so I think it just needs a little adjustment so it hits the spinning point. To see this Ferris Wheel in action.
