1930's Marx Tin Windup Popeye & Olive Oyl Jigger on Roof Character Toy

Great looking tin windup Popeye & Olive Oyl jigger toy made by Marx Toys in the 1930's. This toy looks great with wonderful colorful lithography all around! Unfortunately the clockwork windup mechanism slips and no longer works, Popeye is missing the wire shaft that he would stand up on, and Olive is missing her spring wire hair bun as usual.
