I believe this was made by Wilkins Kingsbury. Measures 9 7/8" long x 3 7/8" wide. The wind-up mechanism seems to un-wind as you wind.

Original paint is in good condition. The driver and wheels are cast iron.

Missing steering mechanism and step on one side. Weighs 1 lbs 7 ounces.
