Great early German Cat chasing mouse toy. Windup works and toy has erratic action giving it the appearance of the cat in pursuit of the mouse. Toy does need restoration to the paint, as you can see, and the front wheel shaft is loose and would have to be fixed. Spring tails looks to be original. Still a very cute toy, all original and as found.
