Exceedingly Rare Brevetti Bordoli Bologna Tin Wind-up Sulky Horse Tinplate Toy

Rare Italian Made Sulky Wind up toy. This piece is not common, and I only found a few examples online. Even harder to find with the original box. Large toy at almost 12 in length.

Very well made, you can see that it's a quality toy. Even the box is a thicker board stock. Toy is all tin and steel, the rider is i believe paper mache or some sort of composition. Rider we believe is made in two pieces, and there is very minor separation at waist, very minimal but must mention. Don't have a key for it, but tested it with another one of my keys, springs winds up, but sprocket seems to need adjustment to spin with crank on the axle.

I think with a few minutes of tinkering it will work as it should. The little lever I believe controls the front so you can steer it as it's running. "Brevetti - Bordoli - Bologna Made in Italy". Check out some of our other pieces, and remember reasonable offers are always considered.
