GAIKING TIN TOY Popy Wind Up W/Key Please Read! This is a super rare tin toy! Toy is 8.5 inches tall from feet to horns.

Has the wind up key, key rotates but mechanism does not work. Tires under his feet still spin and is NOT cracked or chipping. Arms still swing up and down. On/off switch still moves up and down. Figure has a lot of rust on joints and screws but, no big holes from rust.
