He does have some light wear but is in overall great working condition. Originally, the rifle was throwing sparks and popping sounds.

That mechanism doesn't work anymore. Probably it needs a new flint stone. The toy measures 7-1/2 inches long, 2-1/4 inches wide at his elbows and 2 inches high. A great collectible Marx toy! Works well and displays amazingly! Very rare in this condition!
