This toy is 4-1/2" tall x approximately 2-3/4" wide x 4-3/4 deep. It has a permanent windup key and does work. There is wear, scratches and chips to the litho.

The boys sailor suit shows some wear as do the tires from being used. They are part of my description.

But for age it's nice and working. My price reflects the age wear.
