Marx, Steamline Electric Speedway, 1930's, Original Box, Near Mint Condition!! Original Box Measures: 22 1/4" x 13 3/4" Wide x 3 1/2 Tall.

All original lithography with no restoration. Electric speedway double track streamline racer car set.

The cars and track have bright, clean glossy lithography. Looks like the set was never played with as the cars and track have no wear and all the wires appear to be all original.

This set is complete and includes: Original Box with all original inserts; two Electric Race Cars (1) "Hawk" streamline racer car and (2) "Rocket"; Transformer; Rheostat Speed Control for Cars; Instruction Manual; Packing slip; 2-piece Bridge measuring 22" long with fantastic period graphics; two 11" Straight Track; twelve 10" Curved Track (of which one is a 10" Curved Terminal Track). All the wires and inserts look original as well. When the track is assembled it makes the classic figure eight with an over and under bridge.

The cars each measure 4.5 long and their wheels and motor turn freely. The original Marx Toys logo is on the back of each racer car. I have not tested the set since it looks brand new at not played with, however, everything should work perfectly. Please let me know if you have any questions or need further pictures.
