The building is all original condition with no touch ups or restoration done to the litho. All thats offered in the listing is the building itself and I dont have the plane or other parts to make it a complete toy. There is one very small area of surface rust on this building and please see the pics. It measures 10 1/2 long and I always use them on my O scale layouts. I also package well and I use computer generated labels with tracking #'s on all my packaging. Please also see my other listings for more train items.
