Very rare, Popeye Flyer Tin Toy By Marx circa 1930s. This toy is in very good condition for its age. I took it to a couple local toy buyers and they had only seen this particular one once in the 40+ years they have been collecting. I does still wind but it is kind of weak you have to give the planes a push for it to go.
