THE WIND UP MECHANISM WORKS! AS YOU CAN SEE THE TOY IS SLIGHTLY SCRATCHED ALL OVER THE BODY. THE PAINT IS ERASED IN SOME AREAS. THERE ARE SEVERAL SOFT DENTS AND SOME OF THE ELEMENTS ARE COVERED WITH RUSTY SPOTS. AS A WHOLE THE CONDITION IS VINTAGE USED GOOD.
