Rare vintage wind up Schuco BMW Formula 2 toy car made in Germany working order

Rare vintage wind-up Schuco BMW formula 2 toy car of 60's, made in Germany. Car is in working condition it needs just two to three winding in order to make it work. Car is made in a combination of tin and plastic, upper blue colored portion is made of plastic and bottom base is made of tin. Key is not original but it is German make and fits properly on the car. Little portion of windscreen plastic is broken and missing.

A spare nut is added later to left front tyre as wheel cap was missing. There is some rust at bottom base of car and all four wheel caps, front grill may be missing. Car has a nice manual steering control mechanism. Its a nice collectible toy car in working condition. It would surely look beautiful on any shelf or display.

It will be a good addition to any vintage toy collection and a must for old wind up toy car collector's.. Kindly note : Please do not give excess winding to the car as it is old it may cause harm to the machinery.
