Schuco FLIC Traffic Policeman 4520 wind up toy US Zone Germany

From my collection, a beautiful wind-up toy from Germany in very good working condition. Arm goes up and down and colors change in the small round port holes in the base. Box is in very good condition with some very slightly worn areas, soiled areas and one small clear taped edge (which may be from the factory). Paper instructions look very good with other Schuco toys shown.
