ELEPHANT JUGGLING BALLS 1950s NBN Tin Toy Clockwork Wind-Up Western Germany. Remarkable toy museum quality colourful litho printed wind-up "Elephant Juggling with Balls" in original box. Post-WWII Western Germany by NBN (Nürnberger Blechspielwarenfabrik). " and "Made in Western Germany.

Size: 8½ inches (21.6cm) long, 3¾ inches (9.5cm wide and 9½ inches 24cm) tall. Excellent paintwork with no damage and fully working clockwork motor that spins the propellers above the elephant's trunk while driving celluloid balls into the corkscrew mechanism, then up and out for the elephant to catch. Comes with two of the three original celluloid balls, original key and in original old box. The box lid shows two edges.

Restored and the top with wear, fading, age, other marks, dust staining and discolouration. The colourful interior padding is a recent purpose built addition. This vintage tin elephant is around 70 years old. Price reflects this is an excellent fully working item as shown and described.
