This listing is for a fully functional 1960's CRAGSTAN MECHANICAL WIND UP " MR DAN THE HOT DOG EATING MAN " w/box as shown. He is fun to watch in action. He raises the tin litho hot dog to his mouth, his lips make a chewing motion and he then lowers the hot dog and wipes mouth with the napkin several times. It is marked " Made in Japan " & " TN " on the tin litho shoes. Clothing, hair, bow-tie and linen napkin are clean. A nice addition to any wind-up collection.

It is listed on page 455. The original box is included. It is in excellent - mint condition. (Please note that this price guide is over 10 years old) Would make a neat conversation piece or addition to any restaurant, hot dog stand, tavern, pub, bar, brewery, or family rec-room decor.
