For sure the launch pad is missing and the peg that launches the plane on the bottom is broke off. One front tire is missing and I'm not sure what else is. However the stickers have never been placed on the plane and a lot of other pieces have never been used. The log book is unused and the instructions are included. Box is in pretty decent shape with just normal corner wear and some dings here and there.
