Vintage Arnold Primal Cable Operated Metal Car Made in West Germany

From inspection the car is in good overall shape for age. It is missing a tire on one wheel. The remote tries to wind and almost works but there looks to be a small kink in the coil near the control. Could be fixed easily maybe but I do not know enough about old toys of this kind to mess with. If more pics are needed please don't hesitate to ask.
