Each side has a decal that is marked MAKING CHILDHOODS HOUR HAPPIER, GIRARD TOYS. It has the tin wind up mechanism, it does wind and if you give it a little push it will kind of work...

It has paint wear and the roof has a long dent in it. It is missing the front and back bumper. It is missing the two headlights and the hood ornament. It looks like the right side front fender might have been replaced.
