Vintage J Chein & Co. Wind Up Tin Litho Ferris Wheel #172 Hercules Toy with BOX

Up for sale is a Mechanical Wind Up Tin Lithographed Hercules Ferris Wheel. Windup Mechanism and Bell work but are a little weak but I don't want to wind too tightly so I'm not forcing anything. Tilts to one side just a little, has a little bit of edge wear and paint loss but not much. Mostly from rubbing on the box I would guess. Just a little bit to the base as well.
