Chein USA Hercules Ferris Wheel from the golden age of toys. Wind-up mechanism on back works great (love the nostalgic sound it makes) and spins 4 gondolas.
Overall condition is very good (although I think there was a bell on the clown's nose and that must have fallen off over the years). Details are excellent and colorful. Measures 17" tall, 14" long, 5 wide. Looks great on a shelf!
