Vintage JH Höfler Tin Wind-Up Shell Station Car Set with Box, US Zone Germany. This Shell Station and track with wind-up car was made by JH Höfler in US Zone Germany as their #101 in the late 1940's or early 1950's.

When you wind up the tin litho car (with the Höfler shamrock logo on the back), it goes up the track to the top level of the Shell building, drops to the lower level and goes back up the track. The car's wind-up mechanism works perfectly. Sometimes the car needs help getting up the ramp. This item comes with its original box.

The tin litho is in very good condition with some minor scratches and wear. The box graphics are excellent, with wear and small tears along the box top edges and writing on the top. All items are sent boxed and securely packed for safety. Our descriptions and photographs attempt to portray all items as clearly and accurately as possible.
