Vintage Marx 0 Guage Wind Up Train Set

Vintage Marx 0 Gauge Wind Up Train Set. Condition: most items are in good condition with wear.

The set comes from the 1930's to 1940's. There are 3 working engines in the photos.

Each winds up and when the lever is released the wheels turn. There is the Marx Red Engine, the Marx Black Engine and the Marx Mercury Black Engine.

The 4th engine has issues. It is the Union Pacific m10005 Engine winds up but doesn't turn with one of the drive wheels being missing. One of the 556 New York Central Lines has a missing axle and 2 wheels that go on it (see photo marked with yellow sticker).

There are 5 other cars--the 556 New York Central Lines that is complete, the 554 Northern Pacific Yellowstone Park Line, the 738701 Pennsylvania Car,, and 2 (there are two of these cars) New York Central Cars. There is also a Black 4 wheel tab coupler box car base.

The tracks are as follows: 6 pieces of 3 track and 20 pieces that are 2 track. Please see the pictures for the number of straight and curved pieces.
