Vintage Marx 1930's Tin Litho Wind-Up Popeye and Olive Oyl Rooftop Dancers RARE. Some paint wear and fading commensurate with a 1930's antique toy. Wind up function is a little weak, but works just fine (Popeye dances up and down, Olive Oyl moves side-to-side). Was kept safely inside glass display case by collector.
