Vintage Mettoy Tinplate Monoplane Clockwork tin toy wind up 1930s aeroplane

Mettoy "II" tinplate clockwork monoplane, made in England, 1930s. Metallic grey, blue trim, with RAF roundels.

Tinplate balloon wheels and propeller. Condition is good with a few areas of tarnishing. Painted details to tail plane and underside of wing. Tail plane is attached with glue and main wing is missing a tab. A very pretty monoplane and displays well.
