Patent says 1920 stamped in metal on front. I wound it slightly and it moved.

I'm not winding it fully to chance breaking an 85 year old toy. Used, played with condition as found. I'm not a toy collector by any means, just helping a friend sell off a collection of literally 100's of vintage toys!
