Vintage Wolverine Mfg. Wind-up Toy Submarine

One of my father's most cherished toys from his childhood. Manufactured in the 1940's by Wolverine Supply and Mfg. Co, it was designed to dive under water when the cork plug was removed. The pressed steel toy is in very good overall condition with some paint wear; wind-up feature continues to work remarkably well.
