Most wear is on the surface of the wheels. Wilkins was bought out by Kingsbury in the 1890's. Kingsbury discontinued production of Wilkins toys in 1919.
Checking sales and listings regulary. I have never seen this toy. It is not listed in OBriens Toy Cars and Trucks. I believe this is truely a rare toy.
